The purpose of the Downtown Mobility Plan is to establish a vision, decision-making framework and slate of projects that will make a lasting impact and are well positioned for implementation.
Each of the nine High-Impact Priorities shown below contains both transformative visions and short- and mid-term project ideas that reflect our Guiding Principles: advancing equity, improving mobility for all, thinking sustainably, and driving positive economic impact.
