The Downtown Pittsburgh Mobility Plan is an inclusive project that brought together many different users of the Downtown area. Led by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, the Plan is the result of more than two years of collaboration and brainstorming with businesses, public agencies, adjacent neighborhoods and, most of all, everyday citizens.
